Terms of Service

By accessing and using Magic Layers, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Magic Layers separates one flat PNG or JPEG into a generated base image and independent raster layers using a third-party AI model. Output count, boundaries, names, transparency, and visual quality may vary. The target layer count is guidance rather than a guarantee, and the service does not recreate an original Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, or other authoring file. Uploaded source images are temporary and retained for seven days. Generated layers are returned through temporary provider URLs for immediate download and are not stored by Magic Layers.

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account (for example by signing in with Google). You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and current information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Paid monthly subscriptions and one-time Credit Packs are purchased through Stripe. • Each billable generated output costs 2 Credits. Billing happens after generation, for the number of images the job actually returns. • Fewer outputs cost fewer Credits; outputs the model returns beyond your selected target are billed at the same per-image rate. • Starting a job requires a Credit balance of at least 2 Credits per selected output image. Over-delivery can take your balance below zero; a negative balance must be topped up before the next job. • Failed model requests and jobs that do not return usable output URLs are not charged. • Monthly plan Credits refresh at each successful billing cycle and unused monthly Credits expire on refresh. Welcome and one-time Credits do not expire. • Unless required by law, purchased Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. We may change future pricing with notice where required.

All site text, branding, graphics, and software are the property of Magic Layers or its licensors. You retain any rights you have in uploaded content. By uploading an image, you grant us and our infrastructure and AI processing providers a limited license to transmit, process, temporarily store, and return that content solely to provide and secure the requested service. You confirm that you own or have permission to process and reuse uploaded material. Generated separation does not grant you intellectual-property rights in the source or extracted elements.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service • Interfere with or abuse rate limits, billing, or credit systems • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Share your account credentials with others • Upload or transmit content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law

Magic Layers is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results or outputs will be accurate or meet your expectations • The service will be available at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Layers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account from your profile page when signed in.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
