We collect the following types of information: • Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive profile information such as your email address and display name to identify your account. • Uploaded Content: We temporarily store the PNG or JPEG you upload, model-provided layer metadata and temporary output URLs, and job status. We do not copy generated layer image files into Magic Layers storage. • Payment Information: We process payments through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. • Usage Data: We record Credit balances, holds, settlements, transactions, subscription status, and limited technical events needed to operate and secure the service.

We use the information we collect to: • Upload your source image to private storage and send a temporary signed image URL to our AI processing provider • Generate, organize, preview, and download separated layers • Process payments and manage your account, Credit holds, final charges, and subscriptions • Prevent duplicate generation across tabs and devices • Maintain security, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations Uploaded source-image objects are configured for seven-day retention. Generated layer files are served from temporary URLs returned by the processing provider and are not copied into Magic Layers storage.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information: • All data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS) • Payment information is processed securely through Stripe • Access to your account information is restricted to authorized personnel only • We regularly review and update our security practices

We use cookies and similar technologies to: • Maintain your login session • Remember your preferences • Analyze service usage to improve our platform (when analytics is enabled) You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

We use the following third-party services: • Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2: For hosting, account and billing records, private temporary source-image storage, and security • ByteDance Volcano Engine Ark / Seedream: To process the temporary signed source-image URL, generate the requested layer decomposition, and provide temporary output URLs for immediate preview and download • Stripe: For subscription and one-time Credit payments • Google: For sign-in through OAuth These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Do not upload content you are not authorized to send to these services.
